Формирование этнической идентичности как цель этнопедагогической подготовки специалистов социальной сферы

Abstract

Статья позволяет осмыслить значимость этнокультурного образования и приоритетность этнопедагогической подготовки специалистов социальной сферы в современном мире. Определено понятие "этническая идентичность" в контексте цели этнопедагогической подготовки. Раскрывается видение ученых разных отраслей знаний на народную педагогику как отражение представлений народа об этнической идентичности личности. Акцентируется внимание на фольклоре как неотъемлемой части народной педагогики, способствующей формированию этнической идентичности. В целом теоретически обосновано, что формирование этнической идентичности следует рассматривать как важнейшую цель этнопедагогической подготовки специалистов социальной сферы. = The article makes it possible to understand the significance of ethnocultural education and the priority of ethnopedagogical training of social sphere specialists in the contemporary world. Attention is paid to shaping ethnic identity as one of the important goals of ethnopedagogical training in the conditions of polycultural society which is conditioned by the necessity in the preservation of national security and human race. Social and psychological as well as pedagogical contradictions are shown which determine actualization of shaping ethnic identity in the system of ethnopedagogical training. The notion of ethnic identity in the context of the goal of ethnopedagogical training is identified. Ideas of scholars from different fields of knowledge of folk education are revealed as a reflection of people’s understanding of the ethnic identity of the personality. Attention is drawn to folklore as an integral part of folk education which promotes shaping of the ethnic identity. On the whole it is theoretically grounded that shaping ethnic identity should be considered as an important goal of ethnopedagogical training of social sphere specialists.
