История развития Академии управления при Президенте Республики Беларусь: этап становления

Abstract

Цель статьи - рассмотрение отдельных вопросов и проблем подготовки, переподготовки и повышения квалификации управленческих кадров в 1991-1994 гг. в Академии управления при Совете Министров Республики Беларусь. = This article examines the first stage of the development of the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus as a specialized educational estabishment of training, retraining and professional updating of managerial personnel. Processes of creating educational and material resources, organizational structure, development of the academic process, research activities and international cooperation are studied. During the first years the Academy of Management implemented a set of measures to create a special educational institution for training, retraining and professional leadership training for the independent Belarus. Efforts of the management and the entire team resulted in creation of good training facilities, defining and continuously improving the organizational structure, opening new fields of specialization and expertise, introducing new disciplines, forms and methods of teaching into the educational process. Faculty was formed, new lines of research as well as international cooperation were developed. The Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus has taken its place among the leading universities in Belarus.
