Роль мотивационного компонента в структуре профессиональной траектории студента

Abstract

Исследование направлено на выявление профессионального и личностного развития студента в условиях образовательной среды вуза. Представлены результаты анализа взаимосвязи оценки различных компонентов вузовской среды и оценки личностного роста студентов. Сделан сравнительный анализ 2-х групп: студентов, которые выбрали специальность и вуз, руководствуясь «внутренними» мотивами, и тех, для которых поступление в вуз определялось «внешними» мотивами. Результаты показали, что студенты с «внешней» мотивацией связывают свой личностно-профессиональный рост с удовлетворением потребности в творческих и напряженных занятиях. Также для них большую роль играет удовлетворение потребности в принадлежности к социальной общности вуза. Для студентов с «внутренней» мотивацией на первый план выступили условия жизнедеятельности, которые предоставляются вузом для обучения. В целом у этой группы было выявлено больше положительных корреляций между компонентами вузовской среды и личностными показателями роста, что говорит о более высокой идентификации себя с вузом. =The study aims at finding out professional and personality development of a student in the educational environment of the university. Results of an analysis of the connection of the assessment of different components of university environment with the assessment of student personality growth are presented. Comparative analysis of two groups of students: those who chose the vocation on the basis of «inner «motives» and those motivated «from outside», is made. The results indicate that students with «outer» motivation connect their personality and professional growth with the satisfaction of the need in creative and hard study. Big role for them is played by the satisfaction of the need in belonging to the social community of the university. The «inner» motivated students consider conditions of their life and study, which are provided by the university, to be most important. In general in this group we found out more positive correlations between the components of the university environment and personality growth indicators, which testifies to the fact of higher identification of the self with the university.
