Лепельская аперацыя – франтавы наступальны контрудар войск Заходняга фронту ў Беларусі летам 1941 года

Abstract

Упершыню ў навуковай літаратуры прапануецца рэканструкцыя контрудару войск Заходняга фронту на лепельскім напрамку, які адбыўся на тэрыторыі Віцебшчыны з 6 па 11 ліпеня 1941 г. у ходзе правядзення Беларускай абарончай стратэгічнай аперацыі. Прыводзіцца аналіз вынікаў даследавання гістарычнай праблематыкі ў савецкай гістарыяграфіі, паказваюцца напрацоўкі сучаснай беларускай гістарычнай навукі, прапануецца альтэрнатыўны погляд на праблему. Гісторыя баявых дзеянняў пад Сянно і Лепелем паказваецца на аснове параўнання айчынных і замежных дакументальных матэрыялаў. Прыводзяцца фактычныя звесткі асабовага складу і баявой тэхнікі 5-га і 7-га механізаваных карпусоў Чырвонай Арміі, а таксама 7-й і 12-й танкавых дывізій германскага вермахта. Паказ-ваюцца фактычныя вынікі ўдзелу савецкіх баявых падраздзяленняў у ходзе выканання аператыўных задач на лепельскім напрамку наступлення, характарызуюцца асноўныя прычыны паражэння і невыканання баявых загадаў удзельнікамі двух контрудараў пад Сянно і Лепелем. Прапануецца ацэнка аператыўна-тактычных вынікаў Лепель-скай аперацыі, падводзяцца яе вынікі і робяцца навуковыя высновы. Адзначаецца важнасць далейшага даследавання баявых дзеянняў Чырвонай Арміі ў ходзе Лепельскай аперацыі 1941 г. на аснове метаду гістарыяграфічнай і крыніцазнаўчай кампаратывістыкі. = For the first time in the scientific literature we propose a reconstruction of the counterattack of the Western Front army in Lepel direction which occurred on the territory of Vitebsk lands from the 6th to the 11th of July of 1941 in the course of the Belarusian strategic defensive operations. We carried out the analysis of the results of the study of the range of historical problems in the Soviet historiography, demonstrated modern developments in the Belarusian historical science and offered an alternative approach to the problem. The history of combat operations near Syanno and Lepel is revealed through the comparison of domestic and foreign documentary materials. Provided in the article is the factual information about the manpower and military equipment of the 5th and 7th Mechanized Corps of the Red Army, as well as the 7th and 12th armoured divisions of the German Wehrmacht. Actual results of the participation of Soviet combat units during the execution of the operational tasks of Lepel direction offensive are demonstrated, main reasons for the defeat and failure of the participants of the two counterattacks to follow combat orders near Syanno and Lepel are characterized. We offer the assessment of the results of Lepel tactical operations, make the summary and scientific conclusions. The importance of further study of the military actions of the Red Army during Lepel Operation of 1941, which is based on the methods of historiography and source comparative studies, is pointed out.
