dc.description.abstractВ статье идет речь об оценке функционального состояния организма учащихся 8-15 лет, имеющих умеренную и тяжелую степень интеллектуальной недостаточности на основе анализа вариабельности сердечного ритма (ВСР) с использованием аппаратно-программного комплекса (АПК) "Омега-М". На основании показателей здоровья детей должны строиться занятия физическими упражнениями и тренировки детей с данными нарушениями. = Analysis of heart rate variability (HRV), as one of informative tools to evaluate the functional state of the organism at present is among the popular methods of diagnostics in medicine and physiology in the field of PE. However, application of this method in the field of adaptive physical culture, where the exercise and training of children with various disorders of psychological development are based on a strict observance of the principle of diagnosis, proper distribution have not yet received. The purpose of the article is to present the results of the evaluation of the functional body state of children with moderate and severe intellectual disability on the basis of HRV analysis using AIC «Оmega-M». Material and methods. Information on 50 HRV parameters with integrated estimation of the current functional state of the organism of 8–15 year old pupils of the second department of supplementary school, who have moderate and severe intellectual disability, was recorded and processed with the help of AIC «Оmega-M». Findings and their discussion. Indices of HRV of 8–15 year old pupils with moderate and severe intellectual disabilities, obtained with the help of AIC «Оmega-M», are presented. Analyzing the level of adaptation of children, indices of the vegetative and central regulation, an integral indicator of health we received objective address information on the general functional state of the organisms of students with the conclusion on the overall indicator of Health as «satisfactory» in 28% of students and «unsatisfactory», 36% of the surveyed. The predominance of central regulation of the heart rate in most (70%) of the surveyed students 8–15 years was found out. Conclusion. Estimation of the functional state of children with moderate and severe intellectual disabilities on the basis of HRV analysis is consistent with the widely used in literature characteristic of the state of health of this category of children and generally coincides with the observed by the teachers, the teacher of adaptive physical culture of the school and registered in the medical cards indicators of their mental and physical development..ru_RU
