Socio-psychological factors of ideas management in educational space

Abstract

Idea management consists in creating favorable conditions for deviating from traditional patterns of thinking, making an intellectual breakthrough in solving problem situations through identifying hidden human potential and correlating the basic principles of management with the spontaneity of socio-economic development. This is facilitated by socio-psychological factors that ensure the emancipation of the actors' initiative. Socio-psychological factors, such as engagement, ergonomics and prospects, are particularly relevant for the management of ideas in the educational space, providing a stimulating and supportive environment for both teachers in order to constantly improve educational practices and methodologies, and for students in order to form personal and professional qualities in demand in the 21st century.
