Abstract:	This paper discusses the features of the content and accumulation of some biologically active substances in the leaves of dandelion depending on the lighting conditions and climatic conditions. Purpose of research is the establishment of the content of bioactive compounds in the leaves of the dandelion (Taraxacum оfficinale) to justify their use.
