Актуальные проблемы белорусской экономической модели развития

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные аспекты становления белорусской модели социально-экономического развития на этапе 1991-2010 гг. Раскрываются существенные особенности белорусской экономической модели развития в системе социальных государств. = Within the currently developed topic of “State and Public Institutions in the Process of Building Up the Model of Socially Oriented State (1991–2010)” (the supervisor is Dr.Sc.(History) Professor I.V. Mandrik), which is a constituting part of State Program of scientific research for 2011–2015 “Humanitarian sciences as a factor of the development of Belarusian society and state ideology”, (Program supervisor Dr.Sc.(History) Professor А.А. Kovalenia) Sub-Program № 1 “History, Spiritual and Material Culture of Belarusian People (History and Culture)” (Sнb-program supervisors Dr.Sc.(History) Professor А.А. Kovalenia; PhD (History), V.V. Dankilovich; Dr.Sc.(History) Professor V.S. Koshelev; Correspondence Member А.I. Lakotko), basic aspects of building up the belarusian model of the social and economic development during 1991–2010 are considered. Essential features of belarusian economic development model within the system of social states are revealed. Contents of the basic directions of the government social policy as well as their practical implementation in leading social segments are analyzed. A few reasons of structural character are identified, which reduce the efficiency of belarusian economic development model at the present stage (imperfection of the current shares property, problems with training and employing qualified workers, reduction of the quality of education of young people, which is connected with the mass character of higher education etc.), and can, if not timely removed, do harm to the development of the Republic in future. The author’s conclusions and suggestions are addressed to governmental and social organizations.
