dc.description.abstract	The article contains the analysis of the dynamics of Human Development Index, Global Innovation Index for Belarus and its rankings in Doing Business. The interrelation between these indexes and the small and medium business development in Belarus is investigated. The innovation component of Belarusian small and medium business development is studied. Based on the analysis carried out, assumptions concerning the role of small and medium business in innovation component of economic growth of Belarus are suggested.	ru_RU
