Abstract

В результате исследования сделан вывод, что при всех сложностях, неизбежно возникающих в "переходных" экономических моделях, актуальное законодательство Республики Беларусь стремится установить в нормативно-правовых актах, регулирующих отечественный арт-рынок антиквариата второго десятилетия XXI века, определенную иерархию, которая направлена на создание дополнительных условий для охраны культурного наследия Беларуси и включения его в рыночные отношения. = The article analyzes comprehensively the legislative component of the antiques art market of the Republic of Belarus for the first time. An attempt has been made to give the fullest possible description of the hierarchy, the form and the content of the normative legal acts that regulate the actively forming (since the 1990s) domestic antiques art market in the second decade of the 21st century. The research is based on the analysis of the priorities for improving the artistic and cultural space of the Republic of Belarus. The current legislation of the Republic of Belarus seeks to establish a certain hierarchy in the legal acts that regulate the antiques art market of the second decade of the 21st century. The hierarchy is aimed to create additional conditions for the cultural heritage of Belarus protection and its inclusion in market relations. At the same time, there are difficulties inevitably which are arising in the "transitional" economic models. This conclusion is made as a result of the research.
